Temporary Virtual Program Delivery

The Cancer Support Community of Greater Ann Arbor (CSC) is sensitive to the current outbreak of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). It is our priority to keep all our members, volunteers and staff safe.

The CSC takes this particularly seriously as we recognize that people with cancer often have suppressed immune systems, putting them at significant risk of infection and complications. We also are committed to ensuring that no one faces cancer alone. We have been in contact with the Washtenaw County Department of Health for recommendations on how best to protect our community. As such, all in-person CSC programs (in Ann Arbor and offsite locations) will be canceled until further notice.

The CSC will be providing support services virtually only beginning March 16th. Click here to learn more about our virtual programs.

Kid and Teen Support

This series is for kids or teenagers who have a parent or loved one with cancer (either in treatment or post-treatment), or for children who have cancer themselves. This group is divided by age offering children ages 4-18 an opportunity to make friends and learn skills to help them when cancer is in their lives. Each week kids and teens explore various topics related to cancer through age-appropriate activities and play. The parent group is held separately to offer support around parenting when cancer is part of life.

Call 734-975-2500 for dates.

Families Having Fun Together!

Cancer is hard, but life can still be fun! Cancer is a family disease, but it affects everyone differently. The Cancer Support Community invites you to join other families affected by cancer for fun-filled events! Space is limited, and registration for each event is required.

Please call 734-975-2500 to register in advance. Check out our upcoming events on the Social Activities Page!
